iAspire provides the following services and resources to its readers:

1. A platform to showcase students’ written and non-written work(s);

2. A book club to promote reading individually or as a class, with an online written
discussion between students to improve comprehension;

3. Links to websites that can develop and extend students’ writing, mathematics,
science and technological skills through educational games and activities;

4. Practical tips and articles from educators to foster academic achievement;

5. Profiles of young, notable African American students, corporate professionals and entrepreneurs;

6. Access to on- and off-line mentors for educational and career advice;

7. A list of Historically Black Colleges and Universities, community colleges, online
institutions which are becoming more popular and trade schools;

8. Financial aid and scholarship resources, college application assistance, deadlines for
college entrance exams as well as relevant educational articles;

9. Pertinent organizations, cultural exhibits, college fairs and other entertaining empowerment events;

10. A substantial list of Black national industry associations with profiles of well-known
celebrities in various genres.
